Jordan is Snow Leopard of the Week!!

Jordan had a blast putting this together!! The kids get to tell their class all about the paw print. Such a fun project!

Halloween is here!!

What a great Halloween weekend we had!! Nanna is here this week with us. I think Nanna was more excited than the kids about getting to dress up on Halloween!
We all were invited to a Halloween party at our neighbor's house on Saturday night. Jordan decided to be Cinderella and Jacob decided to be a Skeleton for the party. Even Rob got in on the act!

She learned this pose from Belle at Disney World!

Oh how she loves to twirl!!
How sweet!
My family
Nicholas wanted in on the pictures as well

So did Nanna!!

Jordan's pumpkin for this year
Fun pumpkin stand from Aunty Cathy

It's Halloween!! Jordan's a mean Witch and no surprise, Jacob is going as a Skeleton! We were going to put scary green make up on Jordan's face until she realized how hard it was to scrub the make up off!! Rob had a horrible time getting that red Devil make up off from the night before! A tattoo was just fine for her!
Enjoy the pictures from our night of spookiness!!

Can you see her new big girl tooth coming in?

OOOOOOO Scary!!!!
No head!! This was how he ended up Trick or Treating.

Jordan is using her magic wand on Jacob!

Mommy!! Take a scary picture of us!

Love, love, love this one!

What a ham!

They were having so much fun posing

Nanna is all ready for the trick or treaters!

The Skeleton Mobile

Jordan's Witches Broom Mobile

They are smiling because they are trying to run me over!

There she goes, off her broom!

Rob got all this together for Nanna to have a scary place!

Our neighbor, Cynthia

Ready to go home!

Snow Leopard of the Week!!!

Jacob was chosen to be the Snow Leopard of the Week for his class!! Mrs. Gable sent home a template of a paw print so that Jacob could create his own paw print! This is a HUGE deal! Jacob is the Line Leader ALL week at school. Very important stuff.
You all know that Jacob is really not a crafty kind of guy. Well, he really got into this project. He chose everything that went on it, where it went on the paw print and glued it all!! He even wanted to have a 1/2 red, 1/2 blue paw print. Mommy had a really hard time keeping her opinions to herself!! I did manage to let HIM do it!  He did let me help put glue on the pictures and I had to hot glue the big J and the 2 Hot Wheel cars. It was fun watching him do this project.

Playing dress up!!

Jacob and Jordan have been having a great time this week playing dress up!!
Check out the pictures to see what they've been up to.

Halloween day at ballet! Jordan is a Fairy Queen!!
Miss Matched day at school today! They were laughing like crazy getting dressed this morning. Jacob had to try on 4 shirts before he found one that was to his liking!
Birthday party on Saturday! They had hair color in a can!!!
Gorgeous even with crazy hair
Look at that beautiful smile on her! She's actually got a little bit of her new big girl tooth on the top showing. She's very excited about that!

I'm almost there!!!

This is a video of Jordan singing her favorite song from The Princess and the Frog!

I just love listening to her sing that song!

J and J sing a song for you!

Look what we found in our garage......................

The common name widow spiders is applied to members of the genus due to the supposed habit of the female of eating the male after mating, although the males of most species are not actually usually eaten after mating, and can even go on to fertilize other females. The black widow spiders are perhaps the best-known members of the genus. The injection of neurotoxic venom from these species is a comparatively dangerous spider bite, resulting in the condition Latrodectism which is named for the genus. The female black widow's bite is particularly harmful to humans because of its unusually large venom glands.

All I want for Christmas is my 2 front..

Jacob lost his 2nd top tooth last night in bed! We have been waiting for this one to come out for a while. It has been just hanging there for days! YUK! That's his tongue in the middle, his new favorite thing to do. Juniper, his tooth fairy, was very good to him; a Hot Wheels motorcycle, a skull cup filled with cotton balls, a golden dollar, 2 quarters, a dime, a nickel and a penny. Pretty random amount??? Not sure what that Juniper was doing.

Jordan has on her new Twinkle Toes!! Thanks Aunty Cathy.
Friday is spirit day and pizza day!! Huge deal for the kids. They get to buy lunch. Woo hoo!

Costumes for the kiddos!!!

We got a huge box in the mail! Every year there is a big sale on Halloween costumes at a re-sale shop near Grandma. We reep the benefits of this sale! I couldn't get the box open fast enough.

OK, this Unicorn has been with her all over the house since it came out of the box. She even asked me if she could sleep in it!

Scooby Dooby Do!!

This is her "mean witch" face

Mommy, I'm so scary aren't I?

Jordan Dooby Do!!

So much fun with these costumes! I hope they love to dress up for a long time.
